All data entered into the SmartNPK platform is the exclusive property of the user and is treated with the highest levels of security and confidentiality. The company responsible for the software guarantees that such data will not be shared with third parties, including the support team, unless the user provides explicit authorization for remote access. This authorization is always managed directly by the user, ensuring full control over their information.
SmartNPK uses end-to-end encryption for all stored data, ensuring that privacy and information security are maintained. No member of the development team has direct access to user data, following a data protection model similar to that used by banking systems. Access to user data only occurs with the user's express consent, preserving their privacy at all times.
The encryption protocol used is based on the Signal Protocol, one of the most advanced security standards, developed by Open System Whispers, the organization behind the Signal app. This same protocol is also adopted by platforms like WhatsApp and is widely recognized for its robustness in protecting sensitive data.
User and visitor data is collected through the platform as follows:
Clients, partners, and visitors may choose to contact us via WhatsApp. All messages are stored and managed through a messaging platform (Pink app). By initiating contact via WhatsApp, the user consents to SmartNPK using the channel for marketing messages and follow-ups. Contacts may be saved on our local device and added to broadcast lists. You may request removal from these lists at any time.
All information obtained through direct or indirect phone calls is stored in our ERP system, following the same data storage practices previously mentioned.
Any information exchanged through Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype, or Zoom is also stored in our ERP system under the same secure data handling policies.
All data exchanged via email is stored securely by our email provider and managed by SMARTNPK through the CPanel platform.
All information is stored in our ERP system database (Acedata), hosted in the cloud by Amazon Web Services and managed by FLCloud. Backups and system updates are performed daily to ensure the highest level of data security.

The processing of personal data for purposes not covered in this Privacy Policy will only occur with prior notice to the user, ensuring that the rights and obligations described here remain applicable.
User and visitor personal data are stored on our servers for the duration necessary to provide the service or fulfill the purposes outlined in this document, in accordance with Article 15, Item I of Law No. 13.709/18 (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law – LGPD). Data may be deleted or anonymized at the user's request, except in cases where the law requires different handling.
